I'd recommend trying to speak with one of our game advisers again. At this point it may be worth opening a new case to make sure that it gets through to an adviser.

We do have some non-english support but not in the Thai language unfortunately. Different languages can be accessed from the top right corner of http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/
