I was playing Garden Warfare 1 around 17: 00 pm to 18:30 pm pacific time on 2/26/2016, and I bought lots ice peashooter packs which net to 499 skip challenge stars. I spend over 4 million coins.
I then joined a team vanquish, I was a chemist.
I used all of them to level up my scientist (chemist) from about lv12 to max lv 40, my account level from 188 to 211.
When the game ends it shows I am at level 211, and I got a single reward a total of 298,000 coins from that round.
However, when I exit to the main screen, my level went back to Lv183. My coins did not went back to before I purchased all those packs.
When I log back into another game, I see I have 80 skip challenge stars even though I had previously used all of them.
Please check and give my level back.
Please check I purchased about 130 packs of ice peashooter packs [ around 17: 00 pm to 18:30 pm pacific time on 2/26/2016 ],
At that time I should have 499 skip challenge stars, but now I only have 80, but my level did not increase.
My coins was around 5,900,000, but now only 2,200,000.
I am not sure if this is the right to ask for a service ticket, if not, can someone point me to the right direction?

It has happened again on Feb 27th, 2016 from 2:00 PST to 5:00 PST, I leveled up ALL THE WAY FROM Lv 183 to 215 all by myself using ANOTHER! 1,000,000 coins. That turned out to be fine after I logged out and logged in again.
Then I thought eh, maybe EA has fixed the glitch, so I kept leveling up all the way to Lv 248, but when I go back to the main screen, guess what? It went back to Lv 211.
Yes, It happened again.
Please give my skip challenge stars or my level back.
