Yeah its a problem with likely your save, we can't do anything to fix this as cheaters are able to corrupt the save similar to the GW2 and BFN glitches
Did you find a solution to your problem? I'm in the same situation.

How did you do it? I tried contacting EA and they didn't offer me any solution ...
