By 'taskbar' I presume you mean the Android soft buttons (Back, Home, Recents).
Had the same issue with a Samsung S10e as well - couldn't craft/recycle because the button bar was blocking the icons.
Solution for me was changing the navigation bar to full screen gestures while playing the game (typically I prefer to leave the soft keys visible).
Settings / Display / Navigation Bar / Full Screen Gestures
Accessing the setting might be slightly different with your A20 but you get the drift.
Not a proper fix but does the job until the developers address it properly (which at this stage in the game's life seems extremely unlikely).
