@Shafr1004 Sure it may be unfair. But there's limitations on what EA can do to provide compensation. Its worth a try but nothing is guaranteed.

As @MorningTimeCloud has mentioned this isn't something that we would be able to reverse.
If the packs were opened without any issues then we wouldn't be able to return them to you I'm afraid.
