Have similar issue. Two computers in same house with two different Origin accounts and two different copies of the game. Can both play multiplayer at the same time, but if attempt to connect to same game, both will get kicked.
Used to be something that would work after a try or two, but lately it is becoming something that simply does not work.
We can do a Garden OPS with no problem together, but not multiplayer.
