@EA_Shepard  They don't have an official EA ban on the game, their game was just bricked by a hacker. There isn't even a ban/moderation system implemented in any of the PvZ shooter games to support bans. People in the PvZ shooter community refer to being "banned" when their accounts are bricked or softlocked by a hacker from playing multiplayer (or sometimes the entire game) because it works similarly to a ban, not letting you access a major part of the game.
