@shoushou1106 If replies are removed they are done so because they are flagged as either bumps or duplicate posts so any CM can remove them for one of these reasons. 

The thread is fine and we don't need to keep it alive every day with the same post. If someone else other than myself sees that and doesn't know what is happening, they can action it.

The issue is being looked into and therefore we don't need to post daily to keep it going. If I am not here, and someone else jumps in, they can lock this down or remove the rest of them.

    At this point, can we assume the issues are not being actively investigated?

  • It appears that the matchmaking issue in Asia, which started almost 4 months ago, was finally resolved after the server maintenance last night. Players in Asia can now connect to lobbies on the Asian server and fill them up. However, the issue may reoccur at any time due to cheaters if the server security measures are not improved. There are several cheaters dedicated to ruining Garden Warfare 2 on PC. So, please respond faster if the same issue happens again. Despite the unreasonable amount of time and effort players spent to inform the team of the issue, I would like to thank everyone involved in fixing the matchmaking.

    Hey, Folks,

    I wanted to provide an update on this one. The team is still reviewing GW2 and BFN servers. Sadly, there has been an update on an ETA.

    Also, creating a case on the Help site won't do much right now, but it will get closed and have them tell you it is being looked at. 

    Support is not equipped to handle server issues as that is done with a dev team and not support teams. 

    Once they update me, I will update you again.

    UPDATE: Got word that this should now be resolved! Please test it out. IF you are not able to get into matches, please repair the game, or uninstall if you have the bandwidth to do so!
