@PineapplePiano As the others have said, the Town Hall opens now just once a month for an event, beginning on the first Tuesday in every month.
It runs for 2 weeks, but the "Time Remaining" notice on the Town Hall is not always accurate - it can't go higher than 10 days apparently, so is out of sync at the beginning.
It'll take you longer to get the four coloured keys obviously (if you lost any you had as well) but you will still be able to do it. The mailbox should tell you if you still have any of them.
I'm still playing GW2 regularly (still love it!) so you're welcome to hop in or give me a shout if you want company or back-up anytime 😊🌻
