The only raison rose is actually OP is because his primary weapon became too strong and easy to hit. During the beta there wasn't as much rose as before and I barely saw any complain of her. Once the tracking and damage of that got buffed during release...Well she OP now.
So yeah just put her Primery weapon back to beta state and she should be fine again.
Boolerex, Raison isn't how you spell reason. I'm sorry I just have to correct these things. :P
