Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Perhaps, by trying to receive Blue Blazes under different pings? (or by receiving it from a player who has higher ping than you)
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)

As you can see, Snapdragon's Blue Blazes is on the right side of the screen when I died. Does that mean the game favored the shooter in this case? I probably had a ping of 100 ms to the server I was playing on at that time. There is no way the difference between me and the Blue Blazes was 100 ~ 200 ms. That looked like 500 ms difference between me and that player.
This happens with Blue Blazes mostly. The Snapdragon spits it, even though on my screen I'm away from it, it still catches me earlier or from remote distances. This rarely happens when receiving other abilities.
