Community Manager@HayBro06 A lot of players have played this on Steam Deck, sadly though we technically don't really officially support that because of the OS itself. There are many threads on getting game to work on that platform but past basic troubleshooting, there isn't much from our end we can provide. That platform being supported or not being supported is a bit out of our hands.
As for refunds. EA cannot refund content not purchased through the EA app. Those refunds have to go through the retailer and go by that retailers terms of service. This applies to all other platforms outside the EA app.
