If you're looking to reset your progress in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2 on PC and haven't received assistance from the game's support team, there are a few options you can try:
- Delete local game data: Navigate to the game's installation folder on your PC and look for any files or folders related to saved game data. This could be located in the "Documents" folder or the game's installation directory. Deleting or moving these files may reset your progress. Make sure to back up any important files before proceeding.
- Verify game files: If your game is installed on a platform like Steam, you can try verifying the integrity of the game files. Right-click on the game in your Steam library, go to "Properties," then the "Local Files" tab, and click "Verify Integrity of Game Files." This process will check for any corrupted or missing files and replace them, potentially resetting your progress in the process.
- Reinstall the game: Uninstalling and reinstalling the game can also help reset your progress. Before doing this, make sure to back up any important files or data related to the game, as reinstalling will typically remove all game files.
- It's important to note that these methods may not always work, as some games may store progress information on servers or in the cloud. If that's the case for Garden Warfare 2, you may need to contact the game's official support team again and explain your situation, requesting their assistance in resetting your progress.
Remember to exercise caution when deleting or modifying game files, as doing so without proper knowledge can cause unintended consequences. - soodallt24 days agoRising Newcomer
