Restore purchased plants vs zombies heroes
I am unable to restore my purchases on my new phone even though I am using the same game centre ID??

You should def contact EA helpline as well. I'm pretty sure you should have all you're stuff. So give them a ring and tell them this also. I haven't got my new iPad yet but maybe someone else has help 4 you.
that doesn't seem right it would be tethered to one device. I mean what if one device gets ruined or you need to have a new one and transfer it to the other iPad or device.
i could see habeing the deck on device at a time but not being able to port over you're account to the other device would be ridiculous.
