URGENT: Help! My account level has been forcibly altered by cheat programs!

Dear EA Support Team,
I am writing this letter to report an urgent and serious issue: My account for "Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2" was targeted by an external program user, resulting in my account level being forcibly raised to the maximum level and preventing me from upgrading my character skills.
Time: At 2:00 PM on December 20, 2025, when I turned on the computer, I discovered
Question: When I logged into the game the next day, I found that all the characters had been modified and upgraded to the maximum level from the server's background using a special method. The level labels for all the characters were also increased to 5455. All the characters were at the maximum level and were unable to gain experience for upgrading their levels. They all showed as negative numbers.
Nature: This is a malicious act where, through special means, only the user's name or email address is required to modify the game data stored on the server terminal, thereby retaliating against normal players.
Evidence: This is the screenshot of my gameplay on Friday and the situation after I opened the game on Saturday afternoon. Everything is garbled.
This incident was not caused by any of my own illegal actions. Instead, as a player who is deeply passionate about this game, I was maliciously retaliated against by external programs. I earnestly request that the official conduct an investigation into this matter and restore the normality of my account data. I have great love and trust for EA and PopCap Games, and I sincerely hope that the official will not be discouraged by such vile behavior and treat all the innocent players who are affected by this harsh method with indifference.
Today, if we remain silent, there will be many more normal players affected by this vicious method in the future. I firmly believe that EA will stand on the side of justice and protect the community.
