I don't know why peope are suggesting to nerf roses. Did you ever played with Frost rose or fire rose? They are both weak. The only rose which seems to be ok is the Druid variant.
Sure I played a lot with all the roses... The fire and ice roses are broken as support class... have you ever tryed? The fire deals 5+5x5 damage with just one shot without aim. Crazy
The charge shot deals 50(!) damage+25fire, wich means that with a soldier I have to be careful to face her because one hit can leave half health even from long range. And also has big splash damage!
From short distance there is no match roses always wins 1vs1 against every soldiers.
The regular rose is simply overpowered.. really too strong from long distance.... because the shots are slow and can reach the target all together killing almost everyone instantly.
That's still acceptable, but I can not see roses defeating groups of brainz and all-stars in the conquest phase. That's why in my opinion she should have 75 in health
- Anonymous10 years agoSoldiers damage output is greater than rise and since they have an extra 25 health, they usually win, her abilities are pretty much useless at range so that leaves the soldiers options to either zpg rosette stink cloud and surprise her or jump right at her and she dies. If super brainz walks up to her she dies in three hits, and him and all star have do much health they get to her before she can doing anything, scientists warp in and before she can even use an ability, she dies.

I'm not saying that you are wrong... scientist can kill her with 2 shots, brainz with three hits. I agree.
What I'm saying is that they can't even catch a rose... they simply die before due to the shower of bullets they receive.
I've just played a game right now... every brainz trying to punish me simply die before.
- Anonymous10 years agoI don't think roses really need a health nerf but rather somekind of hitbox change because atm they are harder to hit than imps. Movement penalty while firing could also do justice.
Frost and fire rose most definetly are also broken. 50 splash damage for 3rd charge?!? That's just stupid. That should be for a direct hit. 35 or 40 are super high still but atleast more reasonable.
And also time snare can stop a sprint tackle. Why is this possible? It's not even about timing but more like luck.- Anonymous10 years ago

Only thing I have to point on rose is the very small hitbox. Imho rose should have 125 hp with a bigger hitbox. That's it. Only very skilled players dominates with roses but... those player dominates with any class.
When used by an average player rose is problably the weakest class in the game

Those a good argument at why rose health shouldn't be buffed
...Oh wait,you actually want rose hp to be nerfed?

Her Homing thingy have limited homing range and due to their slow projectile speed,are simply usuable to hit anything with it outside of a stationary target in long range. Also Her homing shot aren'tnowhere near "powerful" neither. Nearby everyone have a better DPS then a rose

50 + 25 DOT damage for a fully charged shot isn't high, most other charge variant with the exception of a cosmic brain do more damage then that even with the fire DOT included.
Additionally,while rose isn't foot soldier best matchup,he can still deal with a rose rather easily.

Scientist just need to warp in and shoot the rose to kill her,the only thing rose can do in that situation is a reactionary goatify. If you miss that or simply have goatify in cooldown,you're toast against him.
As for superbrain,once you get in range,you just need to punch said rose,I really fall to see how a superbrain can die to a rose unless he's low or simply walk in straight line toward her.
Currently,rose is fine,even at the weak side for some of her variant. She clearly don't need a class wide nerf.
