The game works well but for some reason I cannot connect to the shop.

I've spoken to the team and it's something we're aware of and are working on. I don't have a time frame for this one currently I'm afraid.

Are you getting any kind of error message when you try and connect to the shop? Are you able to play all other aspects of the game without issue?
Can you try on 3G/4G instead of wifi (or vice versa) if possible. Just to rule out any connection issue.

Its says cannot connect to the shop, but i can connect to online pvp fine and every online website/game just fine. Might there be a solution?
