Shop bug?

The game works well but for some reason I cannot connect to the shop.

    I've spoken to the team and it's something we're aware of and are working on. I don't have a time frame for this one currently I'm afraid.

My son keeps getting an error that says: Sorry, something has gone wrong with your purchase.  Please reload Plants vs Zombies heroes and we will try to recover things for you.  Any help would be greatly appreciated
