The reason is because in Plants Vs. Zombies 2. Starting from Neon Mixtape tour until now: To much plants and more cost money. This makes gems useless.

 

From time to time: They are also making lazy and uncreative content. In Plants Vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare 2. They stopped at frontline fighters. Which it's sad for those PVZGW2 gamers. They keep balancing even though it's still unbalanced.

 

In Plants Vs. Zombies: Heroes. The games are to unbalanced and lazy to balance the cards. The mismatching though! Mismatching isn't a 1 VS 50 rank. It's all about their PAYMENT. For example: Your a Free to win guy and matched a Pay to Win guy. And when your stomping them. You disconnect! Wtf? They need to fix multiplayer.

So let me get this straight so I'm not putting words in your mouth. You're upset because people that spent some money on the game, although let's be honest and say you have no idea if they spent money or have been grinding from the beginning,  are beating you. You want the developers that have spent their time and money to develop a game that you get to play for free to change around matchmaking so you only play people that don't spend money, "balance" cards when I believe most would agree you can win with any hero plant or zombie if you know what you're doing, and fix a multiplayer system that works over the public internet from your home or cell provider where they have zero quality control over your connection to their proprietary servers? Makes sense to me! Can we get a massage too?
