Something about friend list

Recently, when I go to my friend list, I find out that I can only see all friend at my rank and above.

Ex: I'm currently rank 22. That mean I can only see all friend rank 22 and above.

I know that I'm still friending with people that have rank below me because I can still see them when they are online.

Is this intentional? If it doesn't, how can I fix it/when will Popcap fix it? Thanks.

    i have same problem. but the next day, it work normal. so i'm not sure what happened
