This is the ranger bullet. It has the green fog and same skull. But im guessing this is a new mode or something like that.

Oh noes why have you done this green skulls will totally imbalance the game!😮 The only way we can save the universe while keeping the Gnomes at bay now is by developing red and blue Skulls to restore balance to the universal garden.😢
