Spectacular Character Packs unavailable for selection at Sticker Shop

    This is as design, you are not supposed to see the 40,000 pack anymore. You will no longer see the Spectacular Character pack as you've obtained all that is possible from them. Being able to purchase any more you will simply waste your coins and not unlock anything new.

    To unlock the remaining characters you must level up to level 10 for each of the different characters.

I think you might be a little confused, the characters you listed are only available when you hit level 10. Each level after level 5 will award you a level up pack, with a piece of the progression character inside.

What level is your Soldier, Chomper, Sunflower, Cactus, Engineer, All-Star, Scientist?

The following characters require you to have a level 10 of their respective classes.

Spoiler
Soldier - Camo Ranger
Engineer - Welder
Scientist - Chemist
All-Star - Baseball Star
Peashooter - Fire Pea
Chomper - Toxic Chomper
Sunflower - Metal Petal
Cactus - Camo Cactus

Chomper and sun flower Lv7 Cactus Lv8. Foot soldier Lv9. engineer and scientist Lv7 Al-star Lv8. I do understand what are your saying cuase i level up to 55 leveling the foot souldier and it gave one piece. Now is your saying that that pack it will be only for only rare characters only it will be understandable. And how bout the other packs that says it will give you a piece and are not giving anything. Don't tell me the i have to be in level 10 too to get pieces from thos packs too cause that just not right. Ok is like going to eat at a restaurant and you want let say a chicken sandwich with salad and everything it says one the menu and when they get you your food some of the stuff of the sandwich are missing you will say excuse me where is the salad ornthe cheese and she replied to you Im sorry sir we don't have it anymore amd then you'll say the why is in the menu. This is why i mean. But anyway thank you and again if im being rude im not. Also the PvsZ2 will have a Beta at least for three days maybe? Coul be nice too a Created a character or maybe on the PVZ3.     Reach level 10 on those classes and you'll unlock your characters. The level 10 characters you don't have to buy anything to unlock them, as you level the character, you will be given a pack that contains the character pieces.

    The descriptions of the sticker packs are static and mostly meant for new players, just so they know what they're buying. Though it may be misleading to new players who have all the character pieces, it's been like that for over a year now and there hasn't been much complaint for it until now.

      Then you have to change what ot says one the packs or put on the board once you unlock certain characters it will no longer granted you a character piece on any pack only items and for "costumisation" the other characters are going to be unlocked when you get to Lv10 and it will granted you a piece for a character. And misleading don't think so i being playing the game since day one on the xbox 360 and Xbox one and nevar had that problem. I think it needs and update and rename not the pack but what it says that ot gives you. Simple as that. Good day.

        It doesn't matter how long you've been playing for, if you're not getting something you believed you shouldn't have from reading a description - it is misleading to the player. Although only finding out about the level 10 characters now doesn't really support your playing since day one claim. 🤓

        This has been the biggest complaint so far for that specific thing and the game has been out for over a year; I think it's safe to leave it the way it is.
