Speedy upgrade
Please make it cost only 2 to equip or buff the movement speed up from 12.9 to 15-20. As is, the upgrade doesn't seem to be noticeable in game.

@mikepal19 I'll be honest with you, while there are some circumstances that this upgrade could prove useful, a majority of the time it's not going to help - it doesn't even apply while sprinting. I think it should cost 1 upgrade point and give a slightly larger speed boost.
- @TheSprinter85 for the sake of being gradual, I would just want one or the other. Decrease cost or buff the speed.
@stukapooka I add it to my peashooter as what feels like a placebo effect.
