Speedy upgrade
Please make it cost only 2 to equip or buff the movement speed up from 12.9 to 15-20. As is, the upgrade doesn't seem to be noticeable in game.

@mikepal19 Its a worthless upgrade that shouldn't even be in the game thanks to sprinting and even then speedy barely helps you outside of maybe one specific combat scenario which you will probably never encounter.
