Sadly, the current events are nowhere near as fun as seasonal boss hunts were. 😢
Having the elite boss waves in Ops is fun, but you're not always prepared for a boss hunt. A lot of people play Ops to work on characters or just to have fun. If you're with a team you don't know & can't communicate with because of language difficulties it's a bit of a problem. Having a team without a healer or tank doesn't work very well!! I'd definitely prefer a dedicated event. And if they could PLEASE be added back into GW2 rotation in the meantime?????? 😜🙏
