Sprint animation cancels
Hi,
Cant seem to find an answer to this solution, just bought the game and i could sprint when i first started playing. (on xbox one). was in public lobby (not in a match), went afk to make a drink, got kicked, came back and when i rejoin can no longer sprint. it starts the animation, but it shoots and cancels the sprint. tried multiple characters, restarted game, console and also turned off. dont have another controller to test it out but button isnt stuck or causing problems on other games. sprint seems to work with classic layout setting on, but not when its off for some reason. its not my pref to play with the classic layout, is there a solution to this?
any help would be greatly appreciated

That's an odd issue, sorry to hear about this.
Can you try clearing your MAC Address, and doing a hard reset on your Console?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
If that doesn't help, I would recommend trying to uninstall/reinstall the game to see if that clears up the issue.
