[Steam] Garden warfare 2 can't join multiplayer

In the last few days I can't queue into matches at all, or at least it does but then doesn't allow me to join once connected.

It was very strange how it was working as I could join mixed mode but not every other mode including the mystery portal but as of today I can't join any mode, I've attached below what's happening when I attempt to join multiplayer, I've tried all regions, checking game files, restarting my router and game but to no avail

(i'm playing on steam by the way)
