Still can't download the game on Origin after release

Did you ask your friend what he did special? Perhaps his account is set to another region?

We both have tghe same region settings but mine still shows processing in the order history whereas he can play already

When did he pre-order compared to you?

All of my friends who pre-ordered are playing, even friend who just buy it can play it.

I paid for it in advance but still can't play it.... What is this..

Same thing here.  What a load of **bleep**.

I ordered January 20th and still can't install it. My friends in the room next to me ordered an hour before launch and are playing just fine. Very frustrating. I would just buy it again and request a refund but I would lose my pre-order bonus.

I'm hearing this from several friends so I'm glad I'm not alone and checking on a few sites I frequent, it's quite a few people with this problem.  Really pathetic launch.

My pre-order is messed up too, I have an open ticket with support but I haven't heard word in over 24hrs now.
