Still getting ads on PVZ after buying ad pass

Yall I literally bought the ad pass on plants vs zombies and I’m STILL getting ads. I’m actually so upset.

Hey Nightm6r3s​ , oh yeah that's no good... what version of the game are you on? I'll try to find out what's going on.

    Sorry to bother you EA_Cath​  but there are cheaters banning players in PvZ Garden Warfare 2 using an exploit ("lvl 46 ban"). There are several posts about it in the PvZ Franchise Discussion. I would really appreciate your help!
