STILL unable to connect to EA Servers
I bought this game yesterday and have not be able to even play it. I checked all my ports and opened any ports that you listed needed to be open. I can connect to the internet and other non-EA game...

I'm having the same problem as the OP. "Unable to Connect to EA servers at this time." I tried unininstalling the disc, rebooting the system and router. I haven't been able to play the game for 1 second.. stuck on the main menu. Im on Time Warner Cable in Hawaii. On Xbox 1 btw
I was able to connect to the EA servers just now, but it was extremely slow. Took almost a minute, normally 10-15 seconds. When it finally connected and I got to the main menu, first thing I noticed was that I had zero coins. I left my game with about 35,000 last night.
Something's not right...
I'm now in the game with my coins.
Apparently just got disconnected again. Tried going into Garden Ops and it was searching for a while. I cancelled and the game froze on Xbox One.

Is it possible your host quit? Try rebooting.
