This is seriously getting out of hand and it makes Gardens & Graveyards completely unenjoyable. Every room that I stay in long enough, I notice all of the highest scoring/level players are literally NEVER playing on the Plants team.This makes for uneven teams and keep you from having a plants team with even a couple of decent players.Am I the only one that cares if the teams are even? I have been assigned to Zombies and when I see the plants have 3 less players, I switch over to their team.If you are reading this, and you are a player that does this. Stop. Just stop. You are level 100 and from what I can tell have practically every character unlocked. Stop being greedy for the coins and play a fair game.

Finalzidane I agree that the challange system needs to be changed. Garden ops allows for an easy way to level plants beyond zombies andI have used less than 10 skips for the plants compared to over 50 for the zombies. I also agree that they are unlikely to change it. I do disagree with the idea that level does not at this point reflect some skill level. Everyone I have seen that is above level 70 plays with the skill that shows they would be amonst the top 25% of players. I personally find that skilled players make a large difference in gardens and graveyards and if both teams have 2 or 3 top players the matches tend to be even. However if one team has twice the skilled players as the other team it slants the game in their favor. Now I am assume based on how you talk that you are amongst the top 25% of players and if you are not than what I am saying would not apply to you. However as I know I will unlock everything and have already completed the stickerbook except for a couple dozen decorative items, less than 10 weapon upgrades and 4 alternate abilities. I play the game for enjoyment and one of the things I enjoy is unlocking everything and maxing my levels. As one of the top players I hold myself accountable and unfairly or not also hold other players of similar skill to the same accountability. If I find someone unbalancing the game I would prefer not to play with that player. I understand the frustration of the classes not leveling at the same consistency and the plants having garden ops to level goes a long way to that. However I also understand the frustration and see how upset many people get at unbalanced game play. Most of the people I talk to who play this game do this for enjoyment and while many of them are not skilled players and have not managed to even level to the thirties yet they do not play as serious as I do and get frustrated at not being able to win as the plants. Since I personally aveage over 600 CPM with a plant loss I am fine seeing zombies taking all seven graveyards. However since I know most players would prefer the victory over the coins I am happy to try for that for the better enjoyment of all. Finalzidane, you and I probably agree on more things about this game than we disagree on. And yes I am saying, unjustly that you should take the ten minutes and play plants despite the fact you get no benefit. Is it fair of me to apply that standard to other skilled players. Of course not. Should I expect you and other players of our skill to take into account everyone enjoyment when playing the game. Probably not. Yet I find myself expecting this and wishing more skilled players took into account how much fun everyone was having. Skilled players dominate any game they play but it is the majority of players who will determine the success of a game. The more people who enjoy this game the more support it will have and the more maps and expansions it will recieve.

I'm just out to kill zombies.Here are a few of the problems as I see it:1) I think things have gotten better in the last few weeks that I've played, but I believe you are correct in saying that people would play as a zombie rather than a plant. I believe part of the reason is the points. Zombies can regularly reach 5 digit coin totals if they win the whole thing. The only time I was able to reach 5 digit coin totals as a plant was when I hit 68 vanquishes. 68! That's what it took to get 11,XXX points! Zombies can get this without such a high vanquish total. In order to even things out, I believe that plants should get a gigantic bonus if they have a perfect game--not the piddly few coins they get now--that is on level with what the zombies get if they capture everything. This is just an idea, and it's one that creates it's own wrinkles.2) I believe that zombies have an unfair advantage in one aspect: They have extras that can defend and attack. Engineers can defend their teleporters with Zombots and other zombies can be summoned to attack the gardens. However, plants only have potted plants that can defend the garden, but not go on the attack after other zombies, zombots, and teleporters. It's tough to go after a teleporter when you have engineers blasting you with the concrete launcher while the zombots fire missles and the screen door zombie is whacking you on the head. All the while, more zombies keep teleporting to that exact location. That brings me to my last point:3) Plants don't know how to play for the most part. Every once in a while, you'll get on a good team, where a bunch of others understand how to win (and it's not by camping). G&G isn't won at the gardens, it's won at the teleporters and bottlenecks. The teleporters need to be taken out. If the plants can take out the teleporters, the zombies waste precious time running a long way. It's also where the engineers all rush to, and that makes it easy to take them out with a chili bomb as they stand around watching each other build the teleporter. Taking out the teleporter also means the zombies will use their abilities to get to the garden as fast as possible. They'll warp and sprint, and it's easier to take them out when they've used those abilites already.The other place to beat them is at the bottlenecks. It's where you can take out bunches with chili bombs, garlic drone strikes, and spikeweeds. If they start gathering in a hallway, alleyway, or whatever other bottleneck there is, they become easy targets for a group of plants.The plants that are camping and waiting for the zombies to get to the garden are playing a losing strategy. The way to win is to stop the zombies before they get to the garden, not kill them once they get there. That means going out to meet them and attacking away from the garden. Players that play only as zombies because they like to attack don't understand that plants should be attacking too.It's very frustrating to see plants sit back and camp without understanding that the real objective is not to protect the garden, but to win the areas between the zombie spawn points and the garden, and I used to get pissed at the "unfairness" but now, I just do my job to defend the garden and that means rushing out to attack. There's nothing more satisfying than being the Vanquish Master even if the zombies capture everything. Maybe that's because I don't care about coins, and I like to play the game just to rack up the kills. But it has made playing a lot more fun for me.

If you can't get it through your **bleep** head on how an objective game type is played, then don't play it. I'm not the one that came up with capturing an objective to progress. That's just how they are SUPPOSED to be played. I'm not the one who set that up. The only thing I'm saying is that if you want people to play an objective game to complete the objective, then you need to reward them for it.
As for whomever I block, it's my business... so get off my nuts. If you can't play a game right, then I don't want you playing in a game with me... period. It's my experience and I'll fine tune it however I want. If you don't like it, play the game right.

I don't really agree with blocking/mis-reporting people like that, I'm a level 135 and I always do my best to win every game I play. I generally have the top score in about 3/4 of the games I play, it would upset me to know that I'm being reported wrongly just because of my skill level regardless of how I play. I always support the team from outside the garden if I'm a zombie and pick off troublsome plants that are harassing the group, or I flank around and wipe out any Cacti that are bombarding the hill with drones as well. When things are safe, I enter the hill and capture it, retreating if needed when the plants respawn.

As a plant I always stay near the hill, if the number of zombies outnumbers the plants in the hill I'll charge in at my own peril to make sure they don't gain any progress on their capture bar. If the zombies are coming heavily I'll take down the teleporter and hold the area until either the zombies find the base and I have to go back for support or they give up and stop going for it.
There are other ways to do things besides just blindly running to your death 30 times a game, though I do completely agree that players that ignore the objectives completely need to get their heads out of their collective butts. Such as the idiots who just camp the Flax cannons on the mega flower map while there are a ton of zombies inside taking down the flower... Come on people, there comes a time when you need to HELP your team.

Players are rewarded for fighting for the point, but it should never be their only concern. Teleporters, Drones, Healing?
You are right, I can't tell you how to play, only suggest. However, you can't tell us how to play either. What you said could apply to you as well, If you don't like the way others play the game you don't have to play with them.

Oh well, then the payout for plants on G&G shouldn't suck. You don't fix a headache by cutting off the head! There is no need to REMOVE features in an attempt to fix balance. IF this is something you don't like either ask for a coin increase for plants or stick to a different game mode don't ask to remove a feature.

There's no skill involved in picking off players as they focus on an objective. As a matter of fact, it takes less skill than if you were in Team Vanquish. If you were skilled in G&G, you'd be in the capture point most of the time. Also, I never said anything about reporting players. I only block players. Block =/= report.
The beauty about the new rep system is, you can't report me for anything until you've actually been in a game with me.

Being in the cap point all of the time is not the only goal nor role in G&G if a team does that they are going to lose hands down every time.

Hey there,
Just wanted to chime in on this:
The game is set up to fore people to swap sides. After a matc the game forces you to play on teh opposite side.
trust me there's been plenty of times that I just wanted to stay on as either Plant or Zombie and the game forces you to swap, then when your trying to swap back it says side is full. So in order to not waste time and allow the other team to get to the teleporter first, you have to suck it up after a few tries and rush into the game! =)
