Community Admin@xGalGirlx What are the specs of your machine?
It might also be worth checking for driver updates for your graphics card. If these are out of date the game will run poorly or not at all.
You can run a dxdiag to get system information: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/
If you choose to post the information, your processor, graphics card and drivers are the main bits of information that will be needed.
