Sunflower Bumblebee hat?
I saw this for the first time during a few matches and Google isn't coming up with any info at all. Is this a reward, quest, from a pack?

It's a super rare hat that you can only get from the 35k packs since they are the only ones that give out super rare drops when it comes to cosmetics

The 15k packs also have a small chance for super rare stickers, but the 35k ones have at least one of them guaranteed
Last night, I got a legendary hat out of a 15k pack. Only the second one I've gotten so far out of packs. The first one was from a 35k pack. But I've switched to just buying 15k now. You can get 4-5 character pieces (including rares, super rares, and now apparently legendaries) plus get nearly 2 packs for what you pay for one of the 35k so you fill up your book faster.
