Super bean is basically torchwood. If you removed the fire damageAnd then gave him an extremely powerful refreshing shieldA long super-phase when he gets to low healthA smaller hitboxTeleportationConstant interruption (stops things like super brainz spin)Oh yeah and higher damage...So what i'm trying to say is: Super bean is absolutely ridiculous and needs some nerfing. It isn't as big of an issue because it's not PVP, but holy * is this boss overpowered. Please drastically lower his health or something to make him at least remotely close to the other bosses. I mean come on, the Zombies may have the lightning gargantuan guy, but this guys is undoubtedly stronger due to how stupidly difficult it is to kill him. You've pretty much lost unless you have great heals.

Agreed. I don't think he is necessarily overly damaging but he is just a tremendous grind to fight against. It takes ages to wittle him down to zero health on the higher difficulties.I think his health might not be THAT high, but a lot of the time you're either damaging his shield instead of his health or you're just missing the shots entirely because of his teleportation/movement/hitbox.Also note that in his berserker/super/wjhateveryoucallit mode he takes vastly reduced damage, usually only 1 damage per shot.I suggest to nerf the shield and make him take full damage in berserk mode. Maybe make him a little easier to hit as well. I don't think his max health is too large... but it's too hard to actually reach and diminish that health.

The annoying thing about him is his long berserk modes damage reduction and his ability to chase you down when you need to heal. Simply lowering the damage reduction in that state would go a LONG way to making him less of a pain to deal with. Especially if you're unlucky to get a super boss wave of him.

They should introduce some damage buffers to ice/fire/toxic variants. If you are an ice type character, you shouldn't be able to be frozen, or perhaps it would just take longer to freeze those variants. Same applies to the fire and toxic. I'm generally fine with the game as it is, but it could make things more interesting if there were some protections from certain elements based on your character variant.

Indeed, some nerfs to him would be appreciated. Oh, and good luck if you get the super boss wave with him, as in addition of 3 Beans at once they get their own Zen Cactus/Mystic Flower army. A tip to take out his shield is to use Turbo Twister or Jackhammer and get close to him, it deals with it real quick, and for his "Super phase" use somebody with an ability that lowers damage taken to tank it (Barrel Blast works the best for me)

As far as my experience goes has he already been nerfed. Before the patch his ultra beam during his high defense phase dealt a lot more damage. But his damage resistance is still too much with all the teleportation.

Also concerning the cancellation of player moves: every boss can do that. And basically every boss has a phase in which they cannot do that. For Super Bean it's during his super long beam phase where he takes less damage.

Super Bean either needs to have less health, to make it less tedious, or less damage resistance. I've been in enough Ops on Hard/Crazy to know what 2 or 3 of them can do.

And I thought the baron was annoying! Superbean constantly teleports and moves around. He also has a shield you need to take down and then attacks which give him a defense boost/armor while doing them. Plus the sounds irritating enough XD. I have yet to get a 3 slot superbean wave, in fact I have only gone up against him thrice in graveyard ops.

I hate any bosses that aren't hard to kill, but are given abilities that make them so.

Yeah honestly the fact that he regens his shield so quick is one reason I dispise him! Like Jesus he takes so much damage in the shield mode alone that it's like your almost half dead before you can do any real damage to him. This of course is being the only one hitting him.
