super block not blocking

i was playing ranked when my opponent's attacks stacks the super block to the limit as in the picture below. in the round after that all of their attacks went through even though the block meter is full and each attack show the 1-3 block meter stacking. sadly the round after that i tried to record it but the super block procs.

    If you have a full hand then you won't block attacks so that could be what's happening, judging by the fact that you have a full hand (10 or more cards), that is exactly what's happening here, not a bug just a game mechanic
