Super Mix this week - explained

Fun super mix but in case others were confused like I was...it's Team Vanquish with two crazy mode options...Berserker and Heal Auras...basically you don't heal yourself so you have to be next to a team mate to heal and as you lose health you get stronger.

Coming to a Mystery Portal Event near you – fresh crazy settings! Now you can add extra zing your battles with four additional settings.
Berserker: Go out with cobs blazing! In Berserker, your damage increases as your health gets lower.
Healing Auras: With no passive health regeneration, you’ll provide healing vibes only by standing near your teammates.
Default strategy in team vanquish is staying in a group, this mode is made it more even stronger.

Honesty, the first super mix mode that I've truly enjoyed.

I’ve been having a blast with this one. With time players will understand the aura healing. Or they may actually read the loading screen. This mode also has a use for afk players now. If you can hide them it’s like your personal heal station you can return too. I got someone heal master today for doing nothing. I’m not going to mention any names, but it was bob.

It sounds fun. I haven't been playing it as I've been hitting some old school single player shooters lately (Hexen 1 & 2, Unreal, etc.) but I may play some over the weekend.

It is a blast. Was doing camo cactus and hitting for 75 per shot, so I am assuming its a base 25% increase (do not know how it affects upgrades). It can be a little unruly when people do not understand how to heal as newer players will stray away from each other. Side note Unreal is fantastic, played it with the ChaosUT mod. LMS was one of my favorite modes.

My only complaint is unicorn chomper being included...whole teams of unicorn chompers by players that shouldn't have it to begin with is beyond annoying.

I find this event fun too.... 😃

but now I have just remembered that I need to max out unicorn chomper to achieve that even although I will never own unicorn chomper. I have never played GW1 and so therefore was very late to the party.
So (if I want to reach max rank) I have to play the damn thing in this event because who knows when we will next get a chance.
I rarely play chompers at all, and have no interest in obtaining unicorn chomper or playing him and as it stands will never ever have him... but I have to max him out.... why??
What kind of BS is that?
@Gormeythis may be one of the reasons there are so many in the portal, which is, I agree, annoying.... although sadly I may be forced to join the unicorn temporary gang... oh jeez I'm not sure I can cope
