[Switch] Missing Shrimp Imp Hat from Rux

I completed the character challenges and collected the reward from rux. The reward was the shrimp imp hat. I want new character challenges but it’s still saying I need to collect reward. I’m playing on Nintendo Switch and I’ve tried opening with almost every character, reinstalling, and even opening while wearing the reward.
