[Switch] PvZ BFN - Cant See Friends List

@CS_LethalOctussi Can can happen for quite a few reasons. Most of this is privacy-related with one of the accounts. We suggest trying the following:

• Make sure they aren't blocked
• Make sure both your profiles are searchable
• Make sure that both profiles are not set to private
• Remove inactive profiles. - I checked my list and a lot of deleted/blank profiles would stay at the top

Are inactive profiles just people who dont play often? Or havent played in a while? Because this is a new account of mine so im adding old friends onto a new list

@CS_LethalOctussi It can be a mixture. If it is a new account, it typically comes down to some type of privacy with the network or the EA/Platform profile you are playing on and adding. It is never the same issue why it isn't working. You have to go down the check list to see what steps got it to work.

Are you referring to Nintendo Switch Profiles or EA profiles being private? Because the friend i have shows up on one Nintendo Switch account when i log into PVZ BFN and one does not

@CS_LethalOctussi It can be either one of them. That is part of the issue, you wont really know which one it is unless you change them and see what happens. Unless there is a specific error indicating which one it is, you have to make changes to both. 

I get a message in some games because I have chat turned off that my EA account or Xbox account is restricted due to this being changed. It will be some form of a privacy setting that could be changed.

I can see my friend in game right in front of me and on friends list on ea's app when you press shift F1 but i cannot invite them to the group in the friends tab int he game they dont show up on the friends list in game.

i can see them in the social tab but the invite goes no where

so its not a friends setting that i can see in the EA app
its just in game that the friends list will nto let us interact but we are staring at each other in the lobby and can see each other move and chat.
