Did this dlc come out for pc?
The PC has the 2 new characters and Jewel junction, but not the new game modes.

The next patch will bring PC players Vanquish Confirmed Mode and 8v8 Mixed Mode. It's currently in the testing phase.
I don't think they've said any dates but I'm guessing it's near completion
