I actually thought of the idea to let the attacks stack. I mean for every hit we increase our next hit to the same target until a bound. This can potentially fix the health of the tank, the problem of some one shot abilities (so that we can reduce the damage of one shot while enable a skilled player to stack up the damage).

Okay. So each TEAM-UP (they are team ups, not tanks) has a little to much health. Each team up can heal the unit, or shield. The unit also regens health after a while. They are not a tank though, so they should have, say 250 health, to encourage team ups but so the size matches the health.
