Man, this sounds awful.. Definitely won't be stopping by there anytime soon. Sorry to hear what happened, its unfortunate that this is the case as it seems THIS is where they are getting their feedback from mainly??? There has been... nothing really from them on the various issues brought up by many people in the forums here.......
