Citron just feels more like a support than a defense character. He just isn't good at punishing players for approaching him unlike All-star. Citron is definitely weak when it comes to aiming Naval Laser and his primary weapon. I find Naval laser to only be effective when I'm using the Juiced upgrade.
As for his primary, I'm fine if they give it a random spread and they already narrowed the spread to make it more accurate. I think if they just buffed his damage by 1 or 2 he would be better at killing. A decent team player but struggles to get kills up close.
