While I have enjoyed those games, this game has some major flaws preventing me from enjoying it. I’ve got to admit the PvE and Giddy park are very amazing additions, but the multiplayer is absolutely terrible. I would like to address as few things that I find completely wrong with it and Remember, THIS IS MY OPINION. You may agree or disagree to your likening.
The spawns are too far away from the objective in Turf. It takes a good minute to get over to the objective while in the past games it took 15-30 seconds.Snapdragon needs a rework. The characters Y ability, blue blazes is absurd. It’s almost always a one-hit kill and requires little to no skill to use. The ability homes in, has insane speed(faster than most sprints), and hits for 75-125 damage
Nightcap has been the most toxic character since release and still remains this way. Every rank plate 0-100 squeezes the life out of this character. All they have to do is run up to someone and again, hit the Y button and win. (Comparable to suicide chompers.) Every player runs away with as its shadow sneak and avoids fights if their Fung Fu isn’t recharged.All star is busted because there is no damage drop over range and it’s overheat is very long. It can kill a full health citron in 10 seconds or less.
Pea is annoying because the homing upgrade brings back the old hyper meta.Super Brainz is just still to powerful especially since most characters have received health nerfs from the last game.
Finally let’s talk about the most annoying thing in this game.
DronesThe new drone meta is just horrific because of its overuse and spam. They are little pests that no one on either team seems to care to shoot. The Y abilities for both Parrot and Garlic are very powerful and the main weapons have long overheats and high dpm.
Multiplayer has become a terrible place and I don’t see a light anywhere soon.
Night Cap is balance, before the nerf she can literally do what you said above but after the nerf you can’t just walk up to a all star an 1 shot him no more unless he already toke some damage.
Plus you can literally get out of her “Y/triangle” ability by simply using one of your abilities. I haven’t die to that ability of hers for a solid minute. You only die to her if you already used all of your ability’s then she catches you off guard(Like she’s a post to do, she’s a stealthy character, what you expect?), or you’re low on Hp when she uses her ability,
Fyi, I’m not a NC(Night Cap) main am she required some skill to actually use effectively.
Lets talk about both drones from both sides, yes I 100% agree they deal to much damage, an I see ppl actually abuse it a lot in pvp. There ability can literally 1 shot characters with full hp if caught off guard.
They need to nerf the drones damage & there ability damage to.
Supbrainz is actually balance after the previous patch they just released for him an other characters, believe me before the patch a team with more then 2 superbrainz you’re not winning basically. Now with the damage reduction from the patch he’s not as strong but I will say they still need to nerf the damage of his fist charges a little bit more.
The spawn are indeed to far away from the objective, that something they really need to look at.

Question: You brought all this up but why not the Space cadet, Scientist, Engineer? When they’re all Op(Over powered) ?
Especially dead beard barrel bomb. It dose way to much damage, you have no ideal how many times I see a dead beard run in with the barrel an kill mostly everyone then run back in cover, wait for the cooldown to use it again then rise an repeat.
That barrel bomb need to do a max of 65-70 damage when it explodes not over 150 😏
Engineer, he shouldn’t be able to shoot across the map with his primary weapon, especially when they can bounce like 2-4 times before they exploded. Plus they can bounce off walks making it even worse, it should go back to the old GW engineer weapon were it explodes on “impact”
Lets talk about his bot, it dose way to much damage and the fire rate on that thing is insane.
They need to reduce the bot damage an the bot fire rate. He’s a post to be a support character not a killing machine.
Scientist, they need to reduce his damage and take away 1 of his warps, 2 is good enough not 3 😏
Space cadet, where do I begin on her 🤢🤮
She shouldn’t be able to go in her space station without another player, all I see is players using her just in her space station not in her regular form because of that red hover ability that literally kills you in a SECOND!!!!
Plus her shield 🛡 takes way to much damage to break, they need to reduce that. Plus her primary weapon dose way to much damage for her current fire rate 🤦♂️ They need to reduce her damage or reduce her fire rate or a lil bit of both.
Imp, why when you destroy his Mech he doesn’t die he simply just jump out like nothing happen then you got a mech that explodes.
The acorn dies once you kill him in his mech, why doesn’t the imp die as well? Even the acorn mech doesn’t explode 🤦♂️
These might be better solutions:
a) Reduce the barrels hp - A super speed oneshot ability shouldn't be so tanky. If anything it should be moderately fragile. Like 75 - 100 barrel hp.
b) Revert it back to gw2 Barrel blast - In gw2, The barrel didn't have its own hp bar, it just gave super armour. I don't know why they replaced the super armour with an all star health bar. Gw2 barrel blast was fine.
- 6 years ago@chogath_player No, barrel blast should be an escape mechanism not some gimmicky ability that can easily kill 80% of the plants (especially with incoming keg).
- 6 years ago@The4DAdvocate he already has anchors away. Cactus gets potato mines that oneshot 80% of the zombies and cactus doesnt have to throw herself into mobs of zombies to get kills with them.
