Often I can't even start a match anymore without the loading screen taking about 20-30 seconds past the start of the match.
This happens to me too. But then on the very next round, I may load into the game before anyone else, and have to wait for others to join the match before the timer even begins. So I don't know just how long of a delay we're experiencing when we're the ones on the long loading screen. Might actually turn out to be the same. But yeah, it's annoying. I'm guessing it's on their server side though.
