Time to unveil my greatest character ideas yet.
Plants and Zombies, I introduce you to the most brilliant character idea I've come up with.And before anybody of you says that it's totally unrealistic that this ever becomes a real character, I know this very well myself, but I still have fun imagining new variants and sharing them with other people. So, without any further explanation, I give you... the Juggercorn (insert crazy laugh here).
Junger Corn is designed to do what your average Kernel Corn can't do. He specializes in anti-tank combat and is there if you need a disposal crew for Z-Mechs, All-Stars and Super Brainzs. He wields the Cob Cannon and uses 4 high damage direct impact rockets and gets 50 extra HP to do his job, which comes at the cost of a speed decrease. Each individual Cob deals high damage on a direct hit, but they do not have splash damage. Since he should be centered around taking out tanks at close to medium range, they should fly at the speed of a pea to make them somewhat easy to hit and give him a ranged capability, but not turning him into a sniper. 2 rockets can be fired in around 0.20 seconds, but than, you have to wait for 0.75 seconds to fire the second set of rounds. I came up with this in order to prevent him from completely demolishing everybody without them having a chance to react. It also gives him the weakness that he should suffer from, poor reaction time when ambushed by a Scientist or Imp. The rockets deal 60 points of damage at point blank range, 50 at medium and 35 at longer ranges. His reload takes 3 seconds. For his upgrades, he unlocks the standard regeneration, speed and zoom boosts, then, he unlocks a reload upgrade which decreases the reload time to 2.5 seconds, a projectile speed upgrade, a damage upgrade that boosts his damage to 66 at close range, 55 at medium range and 40 at long range. At Super-Elite lvl 5,he unlocks the HP upgrade.
Stickerbook description: As an apprentice of Iron Citron, this Corn swears on his arms and Cob Cannon to help him in the fight for Suburbia and tacos. The armor is also great to help him dance a waltz with Rose and Cactus.
Ingame description: With his heavy battle armor and Cob Cannon, Juggercorn is just as good as Citron to take on a Z-Mech, but he suffers from lower speed.
