I don't think that works. The zombie on the hill will kill the plant, go up to 7, and hit the plant hero, but then your Vimpire will take two damage, going down to 1, so even with his +2, he won't be able to take out the 5/4 plant that replaces the one he kills.
Keep trying, though!

No, Vampire can kill 5/4 pear.I already cleared with that strategy.
vampire get 3 boost before 5/4 pear
hill, first ground and 1/1 pear
And phecanolis boost the stat
Summoned 5/4 pear don't attack because 1/1 pear already used attack chance
No, Vimpire only gets a boost when he kills something, so what happens in the first two lanes shouldn't affect him. If that strategy worked for you, it was a glitch with your game.

Sorry my country language translation at pvz heroes is trash so I misunderstand skill
I am not sure but I think the vampire begining stat was little different than normal. Maybe It was 4 health I guess
@jj48car OP is correct, this method works just fine.
How? The math simply doesn't add up.
Vimpire takes 2 damage and becomes 2/1
it kills first 1/1 and becomes 4/3
kills second 1/1 and becomes 6/5
the second pear transforms and also duplicates itself
Vimpire kills first pear and becomes 8/7
Vimpire kills second pear and becomes 10/9 - and does 9 damage to face

I moved both pear cubs to the heights lane, then allowed botanist to create two 1/1s on pear paradise and then possessed the zombie on heights. That worked for me.

Odd. I would have thought the first pear's transformation when it died would occur before the Vimpire makes its second attack.
the issue is -team-up
the first pear can't transform in the front position as pears do not have teamup. only the transformation of the rear pear produces a copy in front and adds team up as an ability
