@stoffeclc Not correct solution that you accepted as an answer. Link doesn't work because the game is dead, as in no future support, so they stopped updating the site. The only way the chests are reseted is to wait for a month. Portal events start every first Tuesday of the month. Sometimes, the second Tuesday. Then, you can open all the chests again.
