toxic brainz help please!!!!

quick question, which packs give you toxic brainz.
the zany and the amazing packs only give me weeds bots etc, iv wasted alot of coin making sure its only that a get. not wasting more...

For legendary characters like Toxic Brainz and Iron Citron I think they said the pack with the highest likelihood of getting a sticker is the Wondrous Pack of Greatness.
The Zany Zombopolis packs had the highest likelihood of giving you a sticker for Toxic Citron and Breakfast Brainz.
But be advised it took me forever and many, many coins before I unlocked him.
I too have been a victim of not receiving the legendary sticker packs. I had to unlock every character customization before I could get the legendary characters. When I finally did I got all the character pieces in a row. It was very frustrating to be rank 3500 at the time while seeing level 600 people being the computer scientist. I personally deal with a lot of lag at times and am sure that had something to do with it. There should really be a different method of getting these characters than by chance. Same with the keys, it took a ridiculous amount of missed key weeks to get them all. Not that I'm not a fan of getting cool things in sticker packs, but new characters should be based on time put in and player loyalty.
