Well the agent pea is not prioperly a buff, more like a quality of life change.
For the Rose, oh please let's not discuss, the HP must be a staple, her entire skill-set is too reliant from his survivability and need to stay in a position different from the backline, clear and simple. She shoulded buff more and turn back to the beta form, to be honest.
For the those unnecessary buffs to primary zombies it's because people atm prefer play the new zombies instead the old ones, imp, s.brainz and captain deadbeard. So i did some minor buffs to foot soldier, all star, engineer and scientist to compensate the nerfs to those 3 new classes and the fact i asked some good buffs to plants. this will eventually balance things.
I would also suggest to give the MysticFlower full movement speed while using the charged shot. Currently, charging the shot is only beneficial when you want to snipe somebody, but at medium range and close range, you become a free kill once you start charging.
