unable to login on xbox one plants vs zombies garden warfare

This happened to me when my kids were trying to login. I had to create EA accounts for each of them as they were trying to login on their Xbox profile using my EA account, which was already liked to my XBOX profile.
Before I created their EA accounts, one was logged in on my profile and the other could only join as guest. Now they can split screen using their own Xbox profiles and respective EA accounts.
